Timberland Watch Repair Services

If your glass is damaged in any way we can replace it with a new mineral glass. Pricing applies to plain round glass only (flat or domed).
Pricing for sapphire glass on application.

If your watch has stopped or is indicating low power, we can replace the battery.
We only use Swiss Renata batteries.
Includes a new case back gasket, reseal and a 12-month warranty.

Over time your watch/bracelet may have suffered from scratches/impact damage, especially around the clasp.
All polishing includes an ultrasonic clean.
Stainless Steel
We can polish out the majority of marks and leave a high quality polished/brushed finish as near to original specification as is possible.
Gold Plated/tone
Only done by hand - we can polish to a high finish but there are limitations with scratch removal.
Titanium
With a density approximately 40% higher than stainless steel, titanium is renowned for its exceptional hardness making it more challenging to remove scratches or imperfections, but it generally finishes very well.

If a watch does not respond to a replacement battery it will need a service. It is generally a false economy to repair a quartz movement due to labour costs so we would replace it with a new movement, which includes a new battery. Both movement and battery have a 12-month warranty.
Pricing applies to 2 or 3 hands only.

1 Choose your service from the drop-down ‘Select Options’ menu and place an online order.
2 If you haven’t already, please email a photo of the front and back of your watch for us to confirm your model.
3 We’ll send you full instructions on how and where to post your watch.
4 Package your watch securely and protect it to avoid damage. Add your name and order number to your parcel. Please do not send your watch’s original box.
5 Send your watch to our workshop (We recommend using a tracked service).
6 We’ll carry out the ordered work on your watch and email you tracking details when complete.
