Kinetic Watches

  • If your glass is damaged, we can replace it with a new mineral glass. Pricing applies to plain round glass only (flat or domed).

  • For watches where the second hand jumps or moves intermittently or when the watch is shaken if the second hand moves - the watch will more than likely need a new capacitor, only send your watch if this applies. 

    Due to extra capacitor cost certain models e.g. 3M22 will incur an additional £13.99 charge. (Please add your chosen service + 3M22 Capacitor to your basket in this case).

    We only use genuine Seiko Lithium-Ion capacitors with a 2-year warranty.

  • Over time your watch/bracelet may have suffered from scratches/impact damage, especially around the clasp.

    All polishing includes an ultrasonic clean.

    Stainless Steel

    We can polish out the majority of marks and leave a high quality polished/brushed finish as near to original specification as is possible.

    Gold Plated/tone

    Only done by hand - we can polish to a high finish but there are limitations with scratch removal.

    Titanium

    With a density approximately 40% higher than stainless steel, titanium is renowned for its exceptional hardness making it more challenging to remove scratches or imperfections, but it generally finishes very well.

Ordering multiple services at once saves money!

Solar Watches

  • If your glass is damaged, we can replace it with a new mineral glass. Pricing applies to plain round glass only (flat or domed).

  • If a solar watch stops, it may have run out of charge. Expose the dial to light for several hours, then check whether the watch hands are running.

    The recharging efficiency of a rechargeable battery may gradually deteriorate for various reasons, including long-term use. In this case, we can supply a new rechargeable battery.

    Includes a new case back gasket, reseal and a 2-year warranty.

  • Over time your watch/bracelet may have suffered from scratches/impact damage, especially around the clasp.

Ordering multiple services at once saves money!

  • (If you have received a Free Quote and would like to proceed, simply follow the instructions in our email.)

    1 Choose your service from the drop-down ‘Select Options’ menu and place an online order.

    2 If you haven’t already, please email a photo of the front and back of your watch for us to confirm your model.

    3 We’ll send you full instructions on how and where to post your watch.

    4 Package your watch securely and protect it to avoid damage. Add your name and order number to your parcel. Please do not send your watch’s original box.

    5 Send your watch to our workshop (We recommend using a tracked service).

    6 We’ll carry out the ordered work on your watch and email you with tracking details when complete.

  • To confirm when your watch has arrived and that the service has commenced.

    That your watch is fully insured whilst with us.

    That only genuine parts will be used where possible.

    That a new case back gasket will be installed in your watch before it is resealed and tested.
