My Seiko Kinetic was in a drawer for 10 years. It was given a new capacitor, crystal and a polish. I was told they would fit a clasp extender because the strap was short and I had lost links. It arrived back, postage free, well packaged by 48 hr tracking, Royal Mail. A fantastic job. My watch looked like a new watch, the polishing was superb. A fantastic job. Such value for money, all that work done for the price they charged. Thank you. My Seiko can join my watch collection in pride of place!

They offered advice; and kept me fully informed regarding the repair which was carried out quickly and at an extremely reasonable cost. I was kept informed throughout the process, which gave me confidence that I had chosen the right person to look after the repair and other work. My watch was a graduation present from my parents 20yrs ago, so although not valuable, had great sentimental value to me. It had stopped working about 5 years ago and I’d struggled to find places who could repair it. The Watch Bench have replaced the capacitor, replaced the scratched glass and polished and honestly, it is like new. Quick turn around and good comms. Highly recommend.
